Please fill out this form to request the rental of the light pole banners in Downtown Lakeland. Rental is not guaranteed and depends on banner content and pole availability. Design and fabrication of the banners is the responsibility of the applicant. Grommets are required.

Please return to the banner page on the LDDA web site, download the banner location maps, fill out your requested locations and email to jtownsend@ldda.org
Confirm that you understand that the banners must be fabricated to LDDA specifications or additional installation costs will be charged. Costs are $30 per pole or $60 per pole if banners do not meet specifications. *

Requested locations are not guaranteed. If banners exist on poles you request, you may have to wait until that banner's rental is complete or choose another pole. *
