Use this form to register your child for the 2022 Caldwell Pubic Library K-5 Summer Reading Program. Parents of children who are age 5 and entering kindergarten in the Fall may choose to enroll them in either this program or our Wee-Read program.  

A few notes about our K-5 Program This Year:

Once you complete and submit this form you will be sent a link to download and print our 2022 K-5 Game Board.

We hope we are making this year's challenge as fun and as simple as possible. There are 9 challenges on the game board - including reading challenges, water exploration challenges, and more. Complete at least 6 of the 9 challenges to finish. You'll record what you read/write/do in the spaces provided on the game board.  Once finished, take a picture of the completed game board and email a picture to Ms. Kris at kchurchill@caldwellpl.org. You may also drop it off in-person if you attend in-person program(s) or if we are in our temporary space before the program ends.

All kids who submit a qualifying game board by 8/12/22 will receive a certificate and be invited to our end of summer ice cream party (*event dependent on location availability).
