This form is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT for us to know how many meal kits to prepare to meet the needs of the community. You do NOT need to be a student of Cassopolis Public Schools to participate, this program is open to all children. Kits our first come first serve and sign up is not required.

Starting Monday 6-17-24 we will be offering 7 day meal kits every Monday from 3-5:30 pm at Sam Adams Elementary School back parking lot on S East St. Any questions email hrigby@cassopolis.org or text or call 517-410-4033.
