IE Student Programs Payment Policy
This policy is designed to clarify our requirements regarding payment for participation in our programs. If you have further questions about the information contained in this policy, feel free to email: jeff@islandencountersfiji.org.

Payment Policy

IE Student Program fees includes meals, lodging, excursions/trips, in-country transportation, visa fees, and all program related education and expenses.

A payment plan is available as follows for the IE Student Summer Outreach:
o A $250 non-refundable deposit is due upon acceptance into the program.
o A 2nd $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due 2 months before your arrival,
o The final balance of $1,000 is due 3 weeks before your arrival.

A payment plan is available as follows for the IE Student Gap Semester:
o A $250 non-refundable deposit is due upon acceptance into the program.
o A 2nd $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due 2 months before your arrival,
o The final balance of $2,700 is due 3 weeks before your arrival.

All payments made are non-refundable for reservations abandoned with no advance notice.
