NSW Bi+ Community Needs Survey
The purpose of this survey is to help the Sydney Bi+ Network get a better understanding of what bi+ people across NSW believe are the most urgent needs for our community. It will also help us identify gaps in services and resources.

All responses to the survey are anonymous and only Sydney Bi+ Leadership Team members (or qualified delegate) will have access to raw data. All questions in this survey are optional, which means you only provide us with the information you are comfortable with. Participation in this survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes.

Once you have completed the survey, you are not able to withdraw your responses. This is because we will not be collecting identifying information such as your name or contact details. As a result, we will not be able to locate your responses to remove them.

Any person who experiences multi-gender attraction in some way and lives in NSW is eligible to complete this survey. We also encourage people who may be bi+ curious, bicurious, pancurious, questioning, etc. to participate.

For detailed information about this survey including how the data will be used please visit: http://tiny.cc/sbnsurveyinfo

**A note about terminology** In this survey, we aim to capture input from people who experience multi-gender sexual and/or romantic attraction. To achieve this we will use the term ‘bi+’ throughout the survey as a way to describe multi-gender attraction. Bi+ includes, but is not limited to, bisexual, pansexual, biromantic, panromantic, polysexual, etc.
