Once payment is received, it is non-refundable. In the event the market is cancelled or postponed payment will move forward to a credit for a future market.

I understand that once this application is approved I have 72 hours to send the deposit of $50 OR full fee of $135 (NO HST) via e-transfer to the given address in the approval email. If payment is not sent with 72 hours, you risk your spot being taken. PLEASE CHECK JUNK/SPAM FOLDER.

If sending a $50 deposit, I understand remaining fee will be due November 30, 2023

We do our best to limit vendors who sell the same product line/style to a maximum of 2 within each category. I understand there could be a slight similarity in a product offering.

The market will run as long as there isn't a full Covid-19 shutdown that allows it to not happen. In the event of a shutdown, payment will be forwarded as a credit to a future market.

I will be featured on Blooming Local Market's Social Media Platforms with a link to your direct social media handles.

I will receive setup instructions and setup times to the email provided above a minimum of 1 week prior to the market.

To help make this event as successful as it can be, it is part of my responsibility to help promote the market and that I am a vendor, leading up to the event.

Blooming Local Markets is not responsible for any lost/stolen goods or injuries. Insurance as a vendor is advised but not required.

I am allowing Blooming Local Markets to use any images/logos for advertisements for the event/future events.

The organizers have the right to reschedule a market due to uncontrollable circumstance and that my payment will be forwarded to another market even if the backup date is postponed.

The vendor will not make or permit any statements in writing, verbal or social media platforms to damage the reputation of the Blooming Local Markets.

I am not to leave until the market finishes or have made prior arrangements with Blooming Local Markets.
