I am a person of legal age, or have my parent's consent, and I have asked the Belton Gun Club (hereinafter "BGC") for permission to participate in activities at BGC. In consideration for being allowed to participate in activities at BGC , I am executing this document with legal significance which I understand to effect the legal rights which I, or my representative(s), could possibly have against the BGC its officers, members of its Board of Directors, chairpersons, activity directors, match directors and officials, members and sponsors, which arise out of or relate to my participation in and/or presence at BGC activities. By accepting this, or by obtaining my parent's consent, I am agreeing individually, and on behalf of any person who might claim a right through me, to covenant and agree with the BGC or and of its representatives, in consideration for being allowed to participate in or witness the BGC activities as follows: 1 My representatives and I release the BGC, its officers, its Board of Directors, chairpersons, activity directors, match directors and officials, members, sponsors, and landowners, waive any claim for injury, disability, disease, death or property damage which results directly or indirectly, from my participation in or witnessing of this activity, and which is alleged to be the fault (negligence, recklessness, willfulness) or legal responsibility of BGC, its officers, Board of Directors, chairpersons, activity directors, match directors and officials, members, sponsors, and landowners, and we hereby do promise, agree and covenant that we will not institute any legal action which asserts any such claim Belton Gun Club (BGC) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event at BGC, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. BGC may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by BGC including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, social media etc
