Student Parking Permit Application
Students must register all vehicles parked at Pleasant Grove High School with the Administration Office. A vehicle parking permit will be issued and must be visibly posted in the vehicle at all times while parked at Pleasant Grove High School. Students with multiple cars will be issued one free parking permit. Any additional parking permits are $5.00. Students not displaying a valid parking permit may be refused parking.

After submitting this application, an email will be sent to the email address you provide. Please print, sign and return to Administration Office to receive 2018-2019 Parking Permit.
