From Haneda Airport, for example, take the Keikyu Airport Line Limited Express and get off at Shinagawa Station. Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line Outer Tracks and get off at Shinjuku Station. Transfer to the JR Sobu Line and get off at Nishi-Ogikubo Station. It takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
