● Details about the Tours

The tours will be held every Saturday, starting at 2pm at Nishiogikubo Station.
The total length of the tours will be around three hours.
We currently offer two tours of Nishiogi, the South Tour, and the North Tour.

《South Tour》
Walk along bustling streets lined with restaurants, cafes, and local craft shops. Visit an old kimono store and experience wearing, for example, Japanese Yukata! Finally, meet local cafe owners and relax at a local music and coffee hub, wander to a historical shrine dedicated to a local fox deity, and explore the old barrack-now izakaya area south of the station.

《North Tour》
Are you a lover of vintage antiques? During the tour, visit a small, hidden, local shrine, try on, for example, beautiful traditional Furisode (kimono) at a kimono and arts school, discover local restaurants and stop to relax at a local cafe on a hill, speak with the owners about their passion to protect Nishiogi's ecology, and wander to the historical antique quarter where you can shop for and discover Japanese antiques to your heart's content.
