This two-day training workshop provides hands-on training and an in-depth understanding of how to use KIBO robotics in a developmentally appropriate way with young children. Participants will learn teaching pedagogy and explore strategies for integrating the KIBO teaching materials with traditional early childhood content. This workshop is perfect for educators, program coordinators, and technology specialists who work with young children 4 to 7. All participants will leave with a fully developed robotics curriculum, ready to implement in the fall!
The workshop will be hosted by the DevTech Research Group and the Evelyn G. Pitcher Curriculum Resource Lab at the Eliot-Pearson Department of Child Study and Human Development, Tufts University (105 College Ave Medford, MA 02155)
