Fee Payment Due in Full: July 8, 2023
Helmet & Equipment Distribution Day: July 11&13, 2023
Week 1 - Regular Season Game: August 26, 2023
Playoffs End: Late November 2023
Practice Days: Tues, Wed, Thurs ~ 5:30p to 7:30p @ Milpitas Sports Complex Football Field
**First month of practice is every weekday, M-F until school begins in mid August**
Game Days: Saturday
**Game could be on a Sunday by exception if the away game team cannot secure a field on Saturday.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
After submitting this Registration Form and Deposit Payment your participant must:
Weight Check-In and Jersey Fitting
An official weight check is needed to be placed in the correct division roster spot. Division levels are based on age and weight schematics. Jersey Fitting is needed to order the Jersey. Dates will be announced.
Medical Physical Form Document
All participants must have a certified Medical Sports Physical completed before helmet/equipment distribution day (July 11&13). You will need to submit official documention proof of a Medical Sports Physical signed by a certified medical professional and must include a medical certification stamp or the medical professional's license number with office address and must be dated on or after 01/01/2023. The document must specifically indicate that a medical or sports physical has been performed. *Many local walk-in clinics can provide a Medical Sports Physicals.
