We regret that we are unable to provide any stalls, gazebos or electricity for use at the event. Should you need power, only silent generators must be used.
Commercial catering stalls will be asked for a minimum donation of 20% of takings from the event which is payable at the end of the event. Proof of takings will be required. For alcohol sales, a Temporary Events Notice will be required from Shropshire Council who can be contacted on 0345 6789 000.
The closing date for applications is Friday 7th April 2017. All applicants must provide a copy of your Public Liability Insurance, Risk Assessment and Food Hygiene certificates prior to this date.
