If you wish to join our Young Company for 18-25s, please contact Steve at steve@strangetown.org.uk as this is handled separately
To maximise your chances of securing a place, please do the following:
1) Select as many classes as possible that you are eligible for. This will greatly increase the chance of us being able to offer you a spot.
2) Don't fix your hopes on one specific group on one specific day of the week unless you really can't do any other day.
We prioritise moving up current members between groups before accepting any requests from the waiting list. Therefore, it is in your interest to join any group you are offered even if your preferred choice is currently unavailable, as you will have a greater chance of being able to join your preferred group at a later date if you are already a Strange Town member.
3) Provide up-to-date contact details that you check regularly. Sometimes places become available mid-term at short notice and we will aim to fill these as quickly as possible, so we may offer your spot to someone else if you do not respond promptly.
4) Please contact james@strangetown.org.uk if there are any changes in your circumstances and you wish to amend which groups you would like to be contacted about (e.g your child has grown old enough to qualify for a different group) or if you have any questions about the process.
5) Add james@strangetown.org.uk and admin@strangetown.org.uk to your safe senders list to ensure any emails are not accidentally sent to spam.
N.B We do not accept waiting list requests for the Tuesday 8-25s Auditioned group. You must have been a member of at least one other Strange Town group before being eligible to audition for this group.
Many thanks,
James
