Individual Therapy: Sign-up form
Starting in June, EVR will offer individual therapy sessions for support workers and nurses working with the East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) community.

These sessions will be facilitated by an accredited professional therapist and will take place online. Each participant will receive 8 one-hour sessions, held weekly over 2 months. Due to limited availability, we can only offer 2 spots at a time. If you are placed on the waiting list, you will have to wait a minimum of 2 months to be allocated to a therapist. We understand this long waiting period is not ideal and are working to improve our service capacity. If you are put on the waiting list, we will notify you as soon as a spot becomes available.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Once you sign up, your name will be entered into a lottery, and spots will be allocated randomly. For any questions, please contact us at info@evresea.com.
