Lead-up to the 19th. Assist with organising tasks. Times to be arranged.

19 March: 7 am to 8 am Mark stall locations, put up signs/maps etc

8 am to 9 am Mark stall locations, put up signs/maps etc

9 am to 10 am Assist stallholders with unloading and set up

10 am to 11 am Assist stallholders with unloading/set up. Welcome elders and other speakers

11 am to 12 pm support event staff with event logistics, surveys, information, interpreting, etc

12 pm to 1 pm support event staff with event logistics, etc. as needed

1 pm to 2 pm support event staff as above

2 pm to 3 pm support event staff as above, help stallholders to pack up, directing to donation drop-off areas

Bin patrol throughout the event, making sure that goods are placed in the correct bins (donations to charity, correct recycling bins and general waste). Let us know your time availability

3 pm to 5 pm help with sorting and packing goods, help with packing up stalls, general clean up
