EDC Las Vegas 2024 ADA Camping Registration Form
Please fill out this registration form to request an ADA camping spot. Upon arrival at the campground, patrons with disabilities must present a valid, state-issued disabled persons placard, plates, or sticker to utilize ADA Camping. The person to whom the disabled persons credential is issued must be present in the vehicle as a driver or a passenger. 

NOTE: Only ONE (1) Camp EDC Pass is needed per Moon Glow ShiftPod (group of up to 4 people). No need for each camper to buy an individual camping pass!

NOTE: Only ONE (1) Camp EDC Pass is needed per Desert Rose ShiftPod (for up to 2 people). No need for each camper to buy an individual camping pass!

NOTE: Only ONE (1) Camp EDC Pass is needed per RV (for up to 8 people, not to exceed the maximum legal capacity of your RV). No need for each camper to buy an individual camping pass!

Camp EDC passes DO NOT include festival passes. All campers must have an EDC Las Vegas festival pass in order to be admitted into the campground. Festival passes are no longer available for purchase.

* Please note that it is against the law to park in an ADA parking/camping space without the required handicap credentials, or to fraudulently use someone else’s in order to gain access to these ADA spots.

The campgrounds will be open to guests on  Thursday, May 16th, 9am – Monday, May 20th, 5pm. All campers must be fully packed and vacated from the campground by 5pm on Monday, May 20th.

Do you have a valid, state-issued disabled persons placard, plates, or sticker? *
All patrons are required to have at least one of these documents to gain admission into ADA Camping. If you will not have any of these by the event, please contact us, or you may be denied entry into ADA Camping.
What is your state-issued disabled persons parking placard or disabled persons parking plate number?
Failure to provide a valid government issued DP Parking Placard or DP Parking Plates will disqualify the guest from utilizing ADA camping.
Will you require a wheelchair accessible shower? *
If you need power for a medical device such as a CPAP machine, we advise that you bring a portable lithium battery pack, which should deliver 24 hours of power. You are welcome to charge your battery at our Accessibility Services Hub onsite. 

Guests are NOT permitted to bring generators.
