AV Baby Expo 2019 Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2019 AV Baby Expo. Please read this information and fill out this form to apply.

All vendors must be compliant with the WHO Code of marketing breastmilk substitutes.

Once approved, you will receive an email with payment information. Payment must be received within 2 weeks of information being sent out. If payment is not received within 2 weeks of approval, you are no longer guaranteed a vendor spot.

Deadline for applications is June 28th, 2019.
