Membership Cancellation Request
All membership cancellations must be recieved by the fifteenth of the month to cancel for the following month (15 days notice) from payment due date.

You will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation of your membership.

All cancellations will occur on the 1st of the month to coordinate with our billing cycle.

Dues paid are not refunded. All requests are for future months only.

Our instructors cannot authorize hold or cancel requests, either verbally or in writing. Holds or cancellations will only take place for upcoming months. We will not go back and credit dues already paid. It is your responsibility to make sure we have received the written confirmation that your status change request was received and will be put into place.

Please allow our staff up to 48 hours to contact you to confirm your cancellation request.
