23/24 Schedule Change Request

The purpose of this form is to send schedule changes requests to the School Counselor to review. The last day for any schedule changes is Friday, February 2.

*Some schedule changes may not be possible due to schedule conflicts, full classes and/or other issues.

*Schedules will not be changed due to teacher.

**Schedule changes may result in the loss of an elective, in order to accommodate the change.
