Please come and join us as we learn how to enjoy all the moments of your child's life, highs/lows. We will talk about things parents can do to stay calm in stressful situations and also how to enjoy your favorite times by staying present in the moment with your child. We hope to share in the joys of parenting with you and your child. There will be a class just for the adults (45 min.) where we discuss parenting motivations and skills to maintain a peaceful home. We will end the class with family yoga time. Hope to see you there!
