Intake Volunteers Twente Biennale 2013
For the Twente Biennale 2013 we need a lot of volunteers. People who are willing and motivated to help, take responsibility and make this event a great success ! In order to participate we need some information about you and your skill set, so please take a couple of minutes for the following form.
Volunteers will take care of art installations in the locations of the biennale, will help the visitors through the different buildings, keep the area clean and safe, inform the public at the Info desk, serve drinks at the bar etc...
A big part of the work will happen outside.
The biennale is standing between the Rijksmuseum Twenthe and TETEM, in Roombeek.

For the work you´ll be doing at the Twente Biennale we will compensate you with a "passe partout" which will allow you free entrance to the events in all museums, Architects of Air and the atak after party !  Also you will be provided with food, drinks and the official Twente Biennale T-Shirt !!

Your availabilities DAY *
Twente Biennale is generally open from 11.00 to 19.00, but some locations have different times. You will get specific information with the schedule. Shifts begin 20 minutes before opening. It is important that you come on time and respect the schedule you will receive. Thursday the 23th is the Opening, the Twente Biennale will be open from 15.00 untill 21.00. >>>> If you are interested in working for 'Architecture of Air' you need to be available at least 6 days during the festival, and a special training workshop will take place the 22nd of May. (Fill in your availabilities and check the last line (Architecture of Air) <<<<

Your availabilities NIGHT *
For the night security, we need some people in the Balengebouw, people in the cultural park around the museums, and people at Architects of Air. If you sign up for the night shifts, you have to be sure you won't fall asleep and you can not drink alcohol. We will provide you with coffee, cookies. You will get an extra fee of 4,5€ an hour. There is two shifts per night 18.00 to 01.00 and 1.00 to 11.00
