ISBA 2026: Call for Invited Sessions & Panel Discussions
The Scientific Committee invites the submission of proposals for Invited Sessions & Panel Discussions for the 2026 ISBA World Meeting, to be held in Nagoya, Japan from 28 June to 3 July, 2026. Invited sessions will take place between 29 June and 3 July, 2026.

Invited sessions are 90-minutes long. They can feature either (i) three (3) speakers, an optional discussant, and a session chair; or (ii) a panel discussion with between three (3) and six (6) panelists and a session chair who will moderate the discussion.

If you are proposing a session with talks, please provide a tentative title and abstract for each proposed talk. Speakers will have an opportunity to update their talk information prior to the meeting.

Please note that a one-oral-presentation-per-person policy will be in effect for the 2026 World Meeting: Each participant may give at most one (1) oral presentation. All talks, discussions, panel discussions, and posters count as an oral presentation. Limited exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the Program Council to accommodate program needs.
