PROCESS TIMELINE- Items will be completed by the event date.
1. Complete a Ministry Publicity Request Form by selecting method(s) of promotion desired.
 2. Submit form to the Director of Communications. If you need a copy, please e-mail KHunter@christch.org for a digital copy.
3. You will receive email confirmation of the “Forms of Promotion” approved once received. Requests will be granted based on scoring and other event scheduling. (Please note that there is a fee for some forms of publicity and your ministry is responsible - banners, newspaper ads, etc. All forms of communication are not guaranteed if requested.)
4. All publicity dates and times scheduled are subject to change.
