I Do. Wedding Charity Auction // Sponsor + Auction Donor Packet

Sponsor :: A vendor who is donating towards the event itself.
Auction Donor :: A vendor who has donated for the auction or raffle.

WHO: Primarily, event industry professionals. However, we'll happily consider items from any business that offers products
of interest for engaged couples, newlyweds, wedding parties, etc. To protect our couples we are asking that anyone that donates must be a legitimate business that has a professional website and must have been up and running for at least 3 years. Due to this market not being regulated and many business closing we are looking for business that have an honorable track record which will also be professional, respectful and honor the auction winner.

WHAT: All sponsors will receive recognition in our event program and event website. Any sponsor who has donated an item with a value equal to or greater than $750 will receive premier space at the event to showcase their business and auction display. This will also give you the opportunity to display your services to brides and grooms shopping around for their big day. There will be other exciting opportunities for promoting your business that we will be happy to involve you in as well. Be as creative as you’d like within your space. We will send information about the specifics of the display at a later date. If your donation isn't a minimum value of $750, please know we are still super grateful and we will give you a shared table space to display your auction item and business collateral. You may also bring any props or visuals to promote your business and the auction item couples are bidding on.

WHY: You get to connect directly to engaged couples shopping around for their big day. Additionally, whatever product or service you donate will help raise funds for Hospice of the Valley. You’ll also receive 2 complimentary tickets to the vendor VIP funworking pre-fuction. We will also mention you on our Facebook and Instagram outlets at least once and will be working hard to obtain media and press for exposure.

WHEN: All sponsor and auction donors applications are due February 20th, 2016, but you are encouraged to get them in earlier. Diversity of auction items fuels higher bidding for each item so we must limit the number of donors in each category. Applications will be accepted on a first come basis, reviewed by our auction committee and all sponsors will be notified within 72 hours of received application that their item will be included in the auction. I Do. Wedding Charity Auction will take place Wednesday, February 24th, 2016 at Clayton on the Park.
