This survey form is for Wikimedia Wikimeet event (https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Wikimeet_India_2021). The objective of the survey is to collect relevant information about the logistics of the Indian Wikimedia community members who are willing to participate in the event. With the help of this information, we will try to make participation easy for WMWM.  The information collected will be kept private as per Wikimedia Foundation Privacy Policy (https://foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Privacy_policy) and will be deleted after the event is over.
