Transcript Request
Current and former students of Coweta High School may request a copy of their transcript, which is a record of grades and verifies graduation. Most transcript requests will be processed within 24-48 hours. Coweta Public Schools does not keep copies of diplomas. This Form is NOT for education verification companies or post-secondary schools. Please contact the school directly so we have a release on file for the student.

Transcripts sent electronically may take up to 48 hours for processing by the receiving school. If you are a current student, the college or university may mark your transcript as "not received" until they receive your final transcript with a graduation date on it.

*If you are a current CHS student wanting your transcript to apply for TCC concurrent classes, make sure you put your email address in the area that asks where you want your transcript to be sent. Do not put "TCC" or it will be sent to TCC and not you.
