In celebration of Har Hashem's 60th anniversary, we are excited to showcase the amazing talents of our community members, this is an adult only event. Please fill out this interest form if you would like to participate in the talent show on November, 15th. Each act should be 3 - 5 minutes. Your submission must include the full package for your act, which includes:

Title of act/song

Type of act/talent
Composer/arranger
COMPLETE names of all group members
List of equipment you will be using
Microphone needs

The selection committee will do it's best to balance the different types of performances. Due to time constraints, it may not be possible to accept all submissions -- priority will be given within each category to earlier submissions.

List of equipment you will be using. Musicians will be required to bring their own instruments and cords. (Would check this with the 3rd Harmonic folks re musicians bring their own amplifiers -- they may be able to run everything through a sound board and speakers). Those needing a computer will need to bring their own laptop and, if an Apple laptop, AV connectors.
