BOOTH SIZE:Booths measure 10’x10’, if more space is needed please note it below. You are responsible for any tables, chairs, tents, awnings or decorations needed for your booth. All booths are outside. Tents or awnings are recommended.
TYPES OF ACTIVITES:It is the policy of the Wayland Main Street Promotion Committee to limit the number of booths devoted to a particular kid's activity. When submitting this contract it is necessary to complete the Activity Description section to avoid any conflicts.
BOOTH LOCATION:The Wayland Main Street Promotion Committee reserves the right to determine booth locations.
SET UP TIME:You may begin booth set up after 10:00AM on July 20, 2019. Unloading of vehicles or trailers must be concluded and removed no later than 11:30AM. Vendors will be allowed to drive up to their booths to unload or unhitch trailers only and must remove vehicles immediately upon unloading. Vehicles left unattended may be towed. Booths must be open at 12:00PM.
PARKING:All vehicles must be removed from the event area by 11:30AM. Parking will be available in the parking lot north of Henika District Library.
EVENT HOURS:Your booth must be ready and open for attendees immediately at 12:00PM on Saturday, July 20, 2019. Booths are to remain open until 6:00PM. It is recommended that you do not leave your booth unattended. Booth holders who close early may not be invited back.
BOOTH FEES:There is no booth fee associated with kid's activities for the 2019 Wayland Main Street Celebration as long as the activity is free to the public. Activity selection will be at the discretion of the Wayland Main Street Promotion Committee. The event will be held rain or shine.
