SAC Spending Proposals 2025/26

All staff, parents and caregivers can use this form to submit a proposal to spend council funds. All staff proposals will be reviewed by administration beforehand. All proposals will be voted on at the November 18th council meeting. Capital expenses defined by the TDSB as upgrading or maintaining long term fixed assets can not be funded by parent councils ie. air conditioning, roofing, additions etc.

Please be advised that certain goods and services must be purchased from suppliers approved by the TDSB whose estimated costs may differ from other quotes obtained. Guest speakers must also be on the TDSB approved list. Our Partners

Form closes on Saturday November 15th at midnight so submissions can be reviewed before the meeting.
