This application is for students applying for the Accelerated Master’s Program in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences. Please read the qualifications and requirements before completing this application. After reading the qualifications and requirements, complete this application and submit the completed form to your Advisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

Qualifications and requirements to enroll in the Accelerated Master’s Program include the following:

Students must be in good academic standing and possess and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 throughout the remainder of the undergraduate program.
Students are required to maintain a grade of “B” or better in each graduate-level course. Failure to meet the minimum grade requirements will result in removal from the Accelerated Master’s Program.
Students will take one graduate course paired with an undergraduate course during a term. Students may not take one graduate course alone if using financial aid.
Students are not eligible for book vouchers. Graduate-level books are considered out-of-pocket expenses.
Students must have open electives available in the degree plan for which up to four graduate courses may be taken.
Students in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences programs must have completed between 30 and 100 quarter credit hours in their bachelor’s degree program, including any credits received for prior learning.
Some graduate courses may only run on certain tracks and/or may be on rotation schedule. Eligibility will depend on availability of graduate course offerings. Some approved applications may require a track change. Your Student Advisor will be able to assist, if applicable.
