Override Form
1. This form is used for SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT students and courses only

2. Form to be used to obtain permission to register for a course for which you have not met the:
           (a) Prerequisite requirement
           (b) Co-requisite requirement
           (c) Major/Minor requirement
           (d) Class requirement
            (e) ACCT 555

3. If you are asking for an override because you are registered for a prerequisite course over a summer or winter semester you will need to provide proof of registration to somadvis@binghamton.edu

4. Requesting an override form does not guarantee the request will be approved

4. This form does not register you for the course for which you are requesting permission to override.  You will be able to register yourself for the course providing:
           (a) You request was approved
           (b) There is space available
           (c) The course does not have a time conflict with another course you are registered for
           (d) You do not exceed the maximum number of credit hours

5. The status of this form will be sent to your email address

You must submit verification that you are currently registered for the prerequisite course(s) over the summer/winter session. This is not needed if you are requesting ACCT 555. We will check your Degreeworks and make sure you will be eligible for graduation in the spring or summer *
Please send a snapshot or email confirmation of your bill or proof of registration to collette@binghamton.edu.            The override will not be approved until there is verification.
