Faculty Reserves Request Form

To place items on reserve at the Ina Dillard Russel Library for your students' use during the coming semester, please complete this Faculty Reserve Request Form and deliver any materials you would like to put on reserve to the 2nd floor Circulation Desk, CBX 043. Please call (478) 445-4047 if you have any questions.

    Please read these guidelines for Reserve Materials:

    The Russell Library accepts the following items: Books: -Library Owned Books -Personally Owned Books Photocopies: Articles and Chapters: -From a single issue of a periodical: 1 copy (per 20 students) of 1 article with full citation. -From a single volume of a periodical: 1 copy (per 20 students) of each article, up to 3 articles, with full citations. -1 chapter from a book, equaling no more than 10% of total book, with attribution, table of contents, number of chapter's pages. Media: -VHS, CD, CD-Rom, DVD owned by library -Commercially-produced DVD, VHS, CD, or CD-Rom in original retail packaging. -Copy of professor's lecture, labeled with professor's name and date of lecture. Fair use prevents our accepting materials borrowed from other libraries, downloads of electronically available materials, and material printed from internet sites.
