Professional Services Fee *
Sugartrails Travel charges a non-refundable professional services fee* to all clients. This fee includes our usual services of finding/recommending the best packages for you, along with helping to navigate the ever changing rules to travel, including the latest updates from the tour operators, cruise lines, airlines and resorts as well as the entry requirements per destination. 
Once you fill out and submit this form, a complimentary consultation phone call can be scheduled. During that phone call, if both parties decide to move forward, the fee with be due prior to any planning. 
While we know that anyone can book for themselves using the internet, our professional services fee ensures that you will not be alone with your vacation. If there are any issues that arise, we are the ones to handle those for you, every step of the way. 
*Group booking fees will be discussed on the complimentary consultation phone call.
