Part-Time Executive Assistant (Contract Position)
Job Description
The Banquet Network is seeking a reliable, self-starting, part-time Executive Assistant. The executive assistant will work directly with the Executive Director and board and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, efficient, and capable of managing a variety of tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a meaningful mission with flexible work arrangements.

The term of this contract is 3 months, with possibility for extension

$17.50 per hour for 10-20 hours per week

Baltimore, MD (working remotely is possible, though several trips to Baltimore would be required)


• Conserves executive's time by processing The Banquet Network’s email and maintaining the organizational calendar
• May represent the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence
• Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Processes payments and invoices
• Helps plan and coordinate events, seminars, and cohorts
• Prepares necessary reports by collecting and analyzing information
• Maintains office supplies inventory and completes the order of necessary materials
• Updates and improves the database for tracking church engagement
• Process cohort and grant applications
• Works cooperatively with other Banquet Network board and staff
• Assists in management of interns
• Other administrative responsibilities as assigned
