BACK 2 SCHOOL SPONSORSHIP FORM
Partner with Berea City of Hope for our upcoming Back 2 School Giveaway being held on Saturday August 24, 2024. With just $9 per child, we will be able to provide students with backpacks full of supplies.

Donations are being accepted through August 17, 2024. Please provide details of your donations below. A link to submit your payment will be provided on the confirmation page of this form.
