Group Visit Reservation Form
Groups are welcome to visit Tuesdays through Sundays.

Note that the maximum size of one docent or walking tour is 25. If your group is larger than 25 (including chaperones), CHSA will have to split the group and your stay at the museum and/or Chinatown will be longer.

Please use one form for each reservation. CHSA will contact you with rates upon receiving your reservations. Request are processed in the order received. Contact groups@chsa.org or (415) 391-1188 ext. 101 if further clarification is needed.
