This workshop will be held virtually on Thursday, November 20, 2025 from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. The meeting link will be sent out the morning of the workshop.

This session will provide an overview of transition planning in the IEP and the steps that can be taken at home and at school to support your student's transition to life after high school. It is never too early to start thinking about transition, so this workshop will provide information to families with students in Kindergarten and beyond.
