Refund request form - Taxe de la Solidarité sur les Billets d’Avion (TSBA)
This refund request only concerns you if you meet all the following conditions :

1/ You purchased your ticket between October 31 and December 6, 2024,
2/ Your trip includes at least one journey departing from Paris between January 1, 2025 and February 28, 2025.
3/ You made your purchase directly from a company point of sale (website, airport counter or French bee store, call center).
For purchases made via a travel agency or online travel agency, please contact them directly.

If so, you may be eligible for a refund of :
- €6.87 per trip from Paris to Réunion scheduled from January 1, 2025 to February 28, 2025.
- €32.89 per trip from Paris to our destinations in the United States or Montreal  scheduled from January 1, 2025 to February 28, 2025.
- €33.99 per trip from Paris to our destinations to Papeete  scheduled from January 1, 2025 to February 28, 2025.

Here are some instructions to fill in your form correctly and be refunded as soon as possible.
 
☑️ Prepare your reservation number (6 characters including letters and numbers) and your ticket number (12-digit numbers starting with "396")
 
☑️ Fill out the form as many times as there are passengers.  
- 1 passenger: 1 form to fill out
- 2 passengers: 2 forms to fill out
- 3 passengers : 3 forms to fill.
 
☑️ Check your information carefully, the ticket number is personal : the first and last names indicated in the form must be identical to those on the ticket.
