The supply of this information is voluntary. If you cannot provide or do not wish to provide the information sought the preschool may be unable to process your child’s enrolment. The preschool is required under the Act to inform you about how your personal information is being collected and used. Children who are at least 4 years old on or before the 31 July in that preschool year and not enrolled or registered at a school.

Children with a disability and additional needs.
Children who are at risk of significant harm (from a child protection perspective).
