Hello,
Thank you for showing interest in holding a stall in our Family Funday. Our Funday takes place every summer and as it is a school day, we will have 200+ children and approximately another 200+ adults who come to the event.
Our Funday will take place on Thursday 22nd June between 12pm - 3pm. Eid ul Adha will be on Thursday 29th June so this will be the perfect time for families to buy gifts for Eid.
We only have a limited number of spaces for stalls.
Stall prices & info:
Food/drinks stall: £25
Non-food stall: £20
Each stall will be allocated 1 table and 2 chairs.
Table measurements:
L 120cm x W 60cm x H 65cm
Due to space restrictions and health & safety reasons, we are not allowing external gazebos. Please ensure you come prepared for hot weather eg bring an umbrella to protect yourself from the sun.
