C-PACER Ordinance Adoption Interest Form
Clean Energy NH is working closely with NH Business Finance Authority to track and support New Hampshire communities who are interested in adopting C-PACER Ordinances in order to enable C-PACER financing within their jurisdictions. 

C-PACER (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy and Resiliency) is a financing program that enables commercial property owners and developers to access private capital for clean energy, energy efficiency, water conservation, and property resilience improvements. Eligible properties must be located within a community that has adopted a C-PACER ordinance.

Please complete the following form if any of the following apply to you:
  1. You would like more information about why and how your community can approve a C-PACER ordinance
  2. You would like to see your town adopt a C-PACER ordinance
  3. Your community is already in the process of approving a C-PACER ordinance (whether or not you need assistance at the moment)
Clean Energy NH and NH Business Finance Authority are collaborating to keep track of and keep in touch with communities across the state to support you through the process of approving a C-PACER district. 

Information shared on this form will be provided to Clean Energy NH and NH Business Finance Authority for the purposes of contacting you about C-PACER. We will not share your information with other entities.
