Help us to work out (roughly) how many Hatters are in Australia!   All results are anonymous and we do not collect your email address or any personal information.   Some questions are optional and you do not need to fill those out if you do not want to.

Please fill this form out only once for yourself.   If you are friends with another Hatter who you know cannot fill it out for themselves, then you can fill out another one for them.  But we want to be careful not to accidentally count people twice.

If you are a Queen, please encourage your members to fill this out, but we have included a spot where you can include the number of members your chapter/group has.  When we count numbers, we will do a count that includes this chapter number and a version that doesn't - so that we can get a better idea of numbers in case some members filled this form out themselves and thus got counted twice.
