Thank you for your interest in participating in WPY's Trivia for a Cause! The event will
take place at American Legion Nonantum Post 440 on Thursday, February 6th, 2025 from 6:00-9:00 p.m (doors open at 5:30). The cost is $250 per team, with up to 8 people per team.
Dinner, snacks, and dessert are provided, and a cash bar is available!Teams will vie to win First or Second Prize as well as the coveted WPY Team Spirit Award. Often hilarious, always competitive, WPY’s 10th Annual Trivia for a Cause promises to be one of our most exciting events of the year!
Please follow these instructions when completing this registration form:
1. Enter the name and the email address of each team member. You can have up to 8 people on your team, including the team captain*. Once completed, click the Submit button at the bottom of this form.
If you aren't certain of all team members yet, please continue to submit this form---any additional team members can be emailed to Olivia at olivia@walthampartnershipforyouth.org.2. Once we have received this completed Google Form from you, we will send you a confirmation email with the link to your team's funraising page, where you will pay your team registration fee of $250. You will also have the option of using your fundraising page to participate in our Team Fundraising Challenge. The team that raises the most money for WPY will win $1,000 worth of gift cards to Waltham restaurants!
