Women in professional spaces often face microaggressions- whether in group projects, discussions about their accomplishments, or professional settings. Many RCC members are passionate about responsible computing topics like AI and innovation but struggle to voice ethical concerns when industry pushes for progress. Others find leadership and confrontation challenging—how do we navigate difficult conversations, delegate effectively, and say “no” with confidence?
This panel brings together industry and academic leaders to share insights on self-advocacy, leadership, and responsible decision-making in tech.
