Please note that division selections are considered requests, and the SCVDA Board may sometimes reassign teams based on skill level or scheduling requirements. We will always do our best to maintain full and competitive division placements.

Have you confirmed your team's placement with the bar management? *
Please note that home bar selections are not guaranteed. SCVDA Board need to confirm any changes to team placements (based on scheduling constraints).

If you're requesting a venue switch from last season, please briefly explain why.
