All internal Mount Royal University inquiries will be handled on a priority basis.

1. All other requests will be processed in the order that they are received and should be made a minimum of 30 days in advance of the first booking date to ensure that they can be processed in time.
2. Preference will be given to repeating bookings.
3. Non University requests for a single booking date for 2 hours or less will automatically be denied. These can be completed online at https://ca.apm.activecommunities.com/mrurecreation/Reserve_Options
