After School Program Parent Poll
We are looking at starting an after school program beginning the 2018-2019 school year and are interested in parents' opinion. Please fill out this form to the best of your ability. We are currently looking at opening a semester program, offered Monday - Thursday only. Enrollment would be open to current students only during the school year.
From 2:15pm - 3pm, students would be supervised and can complete homework, play board games, or socialize in a specific area on campus. A flat fee would be charged to allow students to be supervised during this time.
We are currently speaking with teachers and outside companies to offer classes from 3pm-4pm on our campus. In order to attend a class from 3pm - 4pm, students would need to enroll in both the class, plus pay for and attend the supervised portion from 2:15pm-3pm.
I am a Parent of a Child
Currently in Grade 8
Currently in Grade 7
Currently in Grade 6
As an Incoming Grade 6 Student
Future KMS student
I would enroll in the KMS After School Program...
because I need child care daily
as I only need 1-2 days of classes, not everday
but it would depend on the class choices
but it would depend on other activities my child has after school
I would NOT enroll in the KMS After School Program because...
I am not interested in an after school program at this time
I can not afford the cost of paying for an after school program
I don't need care after school
Here is a list of programs that we are looking to offer. Check all you would enroll your child in:
We understand that affordability is a concern. What would you be willing to pay on a semester basis, if a supervised program (homework, game, or socialization time) ran from 2:15pm-3pm on one of the days of the week, Monday-Thursday? E.g. Mondays, 2:15pm-3pm, for approximately 16 weeks:

It depends on the class. If it's worth it, I'd pay
