After School Program Parent Poll
We are looking at starting an after school program beginning the 2018-2019 school year and are interested in parents' opinion. Please fill out this form to the best of your ability. We are currently looking at opening a semester program, offered Monday - Thursday only. Enrollment would be open to current students only during the school year.
From 2:15pm - 3pm, students would be supervised and can complete homework, play board games, or socialize in a specific area on campus. A flat fee would be charged to allow students to be supervised during this time.
We are currently speaking with teachers and outside companies to offer classes from 3pm-4pm  on our campus.  In order to attend a class from 3pm - 4pm, students would need to enroll in both the class, plus pay for and attend the supervised portion from 2:15pm-3pm.
