If you are not familiar with the Fleetwood PTO, our purpose is to aid the students, faculty and staff in their educational and recreational needs. We coordinate fundraising and family activities to promote an open communication between the administration, faculty, parents and the community, to enhance our children's educational environment.
Our yearly membership fee is only $10.00 per family, if you are paying via PayPal a $1 convenience fee will be added . If you have more than one child at the school you need to only fill out this form ONCE.
After submitting this form you will receive a confirmation including a Paypal link to pay the membership fee. If you choose not to pay via PayPal you will need to send $10 cash in an envelope marked PTO Membership, with your name and your children's names. Thank you for your support!
