The ClimAct Initiative (TCI) is a bridge-builder between climate education, leadership and action. We make climate education holistic, inclusive, and focused on real solutions. TCI's flagship Climate Leadership Programme (CLP) is a powerful launchpad for young people who want to make a meaningful impact in the fight against the climate crisis and kickstart their climate careers. This six-month learning journey is designed to provide young Indians with a foundational understanding of the intersectionalities of theĀ climate crisis, a platform to share ideas with peers and experts, and theĀ confidence to participate in the climate action movement and drive effective change.Ā
This purpose-driven programme empowers the participants to launch their careers in the climate ecosystem through knowledge building, guided mentorship, and upskilling, while also connecting them to our extensive network and community. - Mode of delivery: Online with one in-person training in October 2026.
- Who is it for: Indian youth aged 18 to 35 years Ā
- Time commitment:Ā 5 hours per week
- Programme fees (upon selection):Ā One time investment ofĀ INR 40,000/- or 4 monthly payments of INR 11,000/- each, your choice.Ā *Need-based scholarships are available.

š Please note that the Climate Leadership Programme
will entailĀ anĀ in-person training in October 2026. Selected participants will be required toĀ make their travel plans to and from the in-person location themselves, whereas all other on-ground costs for the training including boarding and lodging will be covered by TCI. More details about the venue and city will be provided to the selected participants upon their confirmation into the programme.Ā
