Hi there,

Thanks so much for getting in touch about your next tattoo. So I can provide you with an accurate quote, please fill out this online form, giving as much information as possible. If you want more than one tattoo, then list your ideas on THE SAME form, specifying placement for each tattoo.

If you are booking as a group, you will need to complete a separate form for each person in the group. Please make sure you all decide what you're having BEFORE completing this form. A deposit will be needed from each member of the group. Each member of the group is responsible for paying for their own deposit and tattoo. If one is paying for another, please can you sort this between yourselves afterwards so it doesn't impact other clients booked in after you all.

If you are trying to book a "surprise tattoo", please note I do not offer this as a service. As a professional and ethical artist, I believe everyone should be able to consider, decide and consent for themselves. Tattoos are permanent and although you know someone really wants one, wanting it done and actually having it done are two separate things. Additionally, they need to be aware of the terms and conditions that you're signing them up to. It also prevents time being wasted when the intended recipient then needs to make last minute changes on the day or more time to consider it - things that the person arranging the surprise didn't account for. If you really want to surprise someone with a tattoo, get them a gift voucher: the freedom to get what they want, and to have it done when they are ready.

As with all professional artists, there will be certain body areas or designs I reserve the right to not tattoo. These include, but aren't limited to, certain logos/symbols, oral, pubic area and genital tattoos.

All info is confidential and solely for the purposes of providing you with a quote, as well as maintaining your health and safety during the tattoo process. Should you go ahead with the booking, the information you provide will form the basis of the booking. Contact information will only be used to contact you about your quote, design or appointment. 

Quotes provided are valid for 60 days. To book in, a full deposit is required. The amount of the deposit will be specified when I provide the quote. By proceeding with this form, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old and have valid photo ID (driving licence or passport).
